GHMC Commissioner Dr.B.Jonardhan Reddy ordered the Town planning and Urban Biodiversity Officers to take special steps to protect the vacant space in the city. The Teleconference was organized by Town planning and Urban Biodiversity Officers on Conservation of Empty Spaces. The commissioner said that the local colony welfare committees should be shared in government spaces.

Every vacant place has been proposed to construct plots and plant the plants. Any kind of GHMC vacant places are subject to aggression and a special telephone number is available for receiving information. The Commissioner said that all the vacant places should be geotagging through the IT department. The current status of empty spaces has been suggested to monitor the drone cameras if necessary to disclose the encroachments.
