SPEAKER DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DENY THE NOTIFICATION: FINANCE MINISTER YANAMALA RAMAKRISHNA

Amravati, April 3, (way2newstv.in):
Notice of the violation of the rights  of weddings is not valid. Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishna said that external persons would not have the power to speak on the topics spoken in the assembly. On Tuesday he spoke to the media. If the CM speaks anywhere outside it can be questioned. He also said that we can also give notices under the Contempt of the Act, even as it is wrong to give notice to the Chief Minister in the assembly. There is no awareness of MP and auditor Vijayasai Reddy on the terms of Parliamentary Affairs. He made it clear that he would not be able to issue the notice under the House of Parliament on the Speaker's Speech. It's certainly a political ignorance. We can also give notice to the Assembly for giving notice of violation of rights to the assembly and explain the matter. It is evident that the government is deliberately preventing delays in the debate on infidelity in Parliament because we refused to deny the notices of the affidavits and postpone it only because it is not in the order of the House. He said the Speaker did not have the authority to deny the no-confidence motion notices. Yanamala said that Speaker was responsible for keeping the House in order. The Speaker may deny the notice if there is no support of 50 members to give the notice to an unbelievable decision.
