GOVERNER'S FACE WITH HANDLOOM WORKERS


Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District,February 7,(way2newstv.in):
Governor Narasimhan promised that the government would take special care to provide better treatment for the handloom weavers. He added that the need to increase marketing is also expected to enable subsidy on all government schemes for workers. On Wednesday, two Telugu states governor Narasimhan visited Pochampally Handloom Park in Pochampally Mandal village.

Governor Jagdishwar Reddy, Collector Anita Ram Chandran, MP Pooja Narsia, MLC Krishna Reddy, MLA Paisala Shekhar Reddy and handloom park staff were greeted. Then go to the Local Handloom House in the Vinoba Mandir at Pochampally Mandala Center and inquire about their status. Subsequently, in the Handloom Museum, Governor Narasimhan participated in the Mukthi Mooki with handloom associations. Speaking on this occasion, he said, "We will take steps to provide a GeoTag number to all the handloom workers. The NIFT students have also been given pokkampalli and handed out training on various designs in hand. He also urged banks to provide loans for handlooms with humanitarian perspectives./
