Illegal ventures are seen in the jurisdiction of the gram panchayats in the joint district of Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Jadcherla - Raichur National Highways. Recently the government announced a few gram panchayats and urban panchayats as municipalities. Even though only four years ago, their number has reached 19. The real mafia angles in these areas are more troubled. Illegal layouts continue to be intact.

The real mafia in the joint district is in the hands of the mafia. On the contrary, the ventures are being made to the coats. With the help of some politicians and officials, they are making unnecessary amendments. The innocent people who do not know this thing is losing their plots. According to DTCP (Urban and Rural Planning Department), there are over 1,651 acres of illegals in more than 200 survey numbers in Mahabubnagar district. Vanaparthi district has more than 150 acres in more than 150 survey provisions. About 1,200 acres in Nagar Kurnool district, Jogalampa Gadwala district has continued to be illegal in more than 500 acres. With the lack of DTCP officers in Jogalam Gadwal and Nagarkurnool districts, TSPs were handed over to the Tribunals. They do not even look at the illegal layouts at least.

In Mahaboobnagar district, there are illegal layoffs in 254.44 acres of land under the newly established Bhuturpu Purapalika and surrounding villages. Aside from the national highway, merchants continue to pursue real money without taking any permits. 50 acres in the soul, 73 acres in Gopalpeta, 67 acres in Vanaparthi suburbs, and 25 acres of new crops are sold by real estate traders. They do not have any permissions. The district headquarters in Joglambha Gadwala district has ventured over 500 acres without any permits in the suburbs, Alampur, Vaddepalli, Ittikyala, Ayija, Shantinagar and other areas. In the absence of a full DTCP officer in the district, the illicit venture of the illegal ventures continues.

There are about 1,200 acres in Nagarankulam district in contrast to the rules. Aside from the DTCP officer, Wanaparti has been handed over to the TPS. In the suburbs of Nagarkurnool, Kalvakurti, Achhampeta and Kolhapur towns which come to the newly-appointed councils, Local panchayat executives and representatives of the local people are in the tanga without ignoring the rules.
