THE GST COUNCIL WILL BE MORE SIMPLIFIED

New Delhi, May 5, (way2newstv.in):
The GST board has approved the liberalization of tax returns of material goods. The new policy of submitting returns with one page monthly resolved to be implemented within six months. It has decided to continue the current policy. GST agreed to convert the network into a full-fledged government institution. The GST Board has postponed the decision to add additional tax on duty on sugar. The next meeting on the matter was the responsibility of making recommendations to the five state finance ministers. 


THE GST COUNCIL WILL BE MORE SIMPLIFIED

The GST has asked a five-member Finance Ministerial team to give suggestions on providing two percent of the benefits to digital payments. Speaking at the occasion, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said, "Currently, GSTN is 49 per cent of government and 51 per cent share for other companies. The GST has decided to buy the government's 51 percent stake in private companies. The GSTN will now have 50 percent central government and 50 percent stake in state governments. There was also a discussion on the substitution of GST rituals. "
