THE PRIMARY EDUCATION THAT LEADS TO THE SIDE

February 6,(way2newstv.in):
The 'Kondari Commission' proposal is addressed whenever discussions about education. In 1966, the Commission proposed to allow 6 percent of the GDP to the education sector. No proposal has been implemented yet. In 2014, the BJP promised the election to spend 6 percent of GDP. Arun Jaitley has not allocated budget allocations for education at least in the near future. In the recent budget of higher education, there is a lot of hopes. The central budget allocated Rs 35,000 crore for higher education in the Rs 85,000 crore for education sector development. Similarly, the 'Rise' scheme has been announced with Rs.100 crores for research and infrastructure in higher education institutions. Prime Minister Fellowship announced 1000 students IIT, IISC and the possibility of doing Ph.D. will be provided with attractive scholarship. Railway University, Architecture Educational Institutions, Integrated BED Courses, Training for 13 lakh Teachers, Deeksha Portal ... All these are related to higher education.

THE PRIMARY EDUCATION THAT LEADS TO THE SIDE

These proposals have given many hopes to the entire nation. Jaitley's primary education was sidelined. Jaitley himself said in his budget speech that public education has gone into a crisis today. But this is not a plan or plan to correct the latest budget. Forget basic education, such as fairytales, digital boards in higher education. Rs 26,128 crore has been allocated for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. 11 percent of allocation has been increased in comparison with Gate. Rashtriya Madhyamika sentenced to Rs 4,213 crore this time. The midday meal scheme does not mention. The Center has increased the education tax from 3 to 4 percent on just one and two schemes. So, over Rs, 11,000 crores has been burdened on the people. The allocation of the tax burden has been done so as not to increase income revenue. This is the definition of Modi and Sarkar that people and governments are not responsible for the education of the country. 65 percent of the money spent in the last budget ... is only through education tax.

The cost of budgeting is only 29 percent. On the other hand, Arun Jaitley expressed deep concern over the country's education in the current budget speech. Only one word was fulfilled. Not to mention the 'Right to Education Act-2009' which resolves the crisis. In 1966, the 'Kothari Commission' suggested that the education of the country should improve the lives of the people and the need for the community to be educated in schools. Similarly, the education of the children in the country is equal. The Education Act has been brought in to strengthen primary education in the country - 2009. In many ways, the Modi sarkar tuts in all the ways in this way. An example is the introduction of basic-higher education. According to the 2011 census, 8.4 million children are out of school. Over 10 percent of the country's schools run with 'one teacher'. 2 lakh schools have been shut down. Several states have been indulging in indiscriminately private schools under the name of Government-Private Partnership. Minimum facilities such as classrooms and bathrooms are not available in public schools at 25%. Demand for Social Workers to make budget allocations according to the Education Act has become a common issue.

These are the problems that exist in education.Without resolving these, the new 'Rise' scheme was put forward by the people. In the next four years (by 2022), infrastructure and infrastructure are expected to spend Rs. The original strategy for this is clearly evident in 2019 that young people win votes. Without saying anything whatsoever, let's not do what this year ... In the next four years, we will make big hopes and assumptions among the youth of the country. The announcement of schemes like 'Rise' has been made clear in the 2019 elections. He said digital education would be faster. We talked about all the problems of education. Modi's Sarkar is talking about digital education, without having a solution to this, if there are 8.4 crore children out of basic education. How can they at least get to school 'digital lessons'?
