Vijayawada, April 24, (way2newstv.in):
The nationwide campaign to bolster the growing population of the country has now become a curse for the southern states. In the southern states, the country has a lower rate than every nation over the decade. If the funds allocated to the population, the 15th Finance Commission is expected to lose over Rs. 80,000 crore. However, they say that the southern state is not opposed to the central decision but the 15th Finance Commission has only demanded amendments to be made without the unfairness of the funds. Financial losses in West Bengal and Odisha are also affected, he said. Thus, the 2011 census was initiated to pressure the center by demanding the amendment of the damage to the southern states if allocated funds. The summit will be held on May 7 at Vijayawada in South Africa. It is not clear that the finance minister from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana and Pandicherry will not attend the convention. Experts recollect that the population of the country has been restricted from the 1970s as a movement. One of the reasons for the same justice is that Northern and Southern states are not equitable to justice, or that the criticism of southern states is further rising and threatening the integrity of the country. Financial experts say the southern states are significantly damaged in the funding of funds from the Center due to a reduction in population. The loss of some of the funds allocated by the 14th Finance Commission in the implementation of the current financial year, and the 15th Finance Commission to be set up in 2020 will not be a huge loss.
EVERYONE ATTENTION ON MAY 7TH MEETING, SOUTH WAR AS BEZAWADA CENTER
It is now a threat to the southern states that the Economic Community Funds will be allocated based on the population. The tax revenue from the states will be allocated to the States on the basis of the population. Most of these funds are utilized for development of local organizations. The country's financial system funding allocated 1971 to the last 14th Finance Commission Funds. Southern states have been condemned by the recent Census Plan Committee to consider the 2011 census for the allocation of funds to the 15th Finance Commission. The center, first or foremost, has promoted more than two or three children in the 1980s, one or two in the late 1990s, and promoted popular control over the 1990s. The Central Program was followed by Southern states with special focus on population control and promoting parental incentives for low birth children and significantly reduced population growth rate.
