New Delhi, May 14, (way2newstv.in):
Concerns have been made in the state for some time to set up a Cauvery Management Board in Tamil Nadu. In the wake of this, the Center submitted a draft to the Supreme Court on Monday for the river Kaveri. The Supreme Court directed the Center to submit the draft by May 4. But the Prime Minister Narendra Modi was busy with campaigning programs as part of the Karnataka election. Subsequently, the Supreme Court ordered that the Water Resources Department would not be drafted individually or that the Center would be defied by the court.
KAVERI RIVER WATERS FRAMEWORK TO THE SUPREME COURT
The Center has drafted the draft today. Board of kavery Management Board Is the Committee Anal? Authority? In February, the Supreme Court had ruled that Karnataka had more TNCs than Tamil Nadu, following the controversial Cauvery river water dispute. There are concerns in Tamil Nadu. The Supreme Court's response to the Cauvery Management Board says that 4 TNCs are more likely to allocate Tamil Nadu to Cauvery water, otherwise the consequences are to be met. But Karnataka did not agree. Now submitting the draft, we have to wait for the Supreme Court decision on the management board in Tamil Nadu.
