one month jail for the BJP MP who violated the election code

Lucknow December 23 (way2newstv.in):BJP MP Jagdambika Pal has been sentenced to a month by a district court in Uttar Pradesh. This was punished in the case of violation of election code during the 2014 elections. The MP has been accused of violating the Code of Criminal Procedure by a vehicle rally. The court of Siddharthanagar has been sentenced to one month in jail. However, MP Jagdambika Pal was immediately taken for bail. When the campaign in Bhansi, Paul rallied with more vehicles than allowed. The Chief Judicial Magistrate issued a fine of Rs 100 for the BJP MP.
