The CBI filed second charge sheet in the case of Neerav Modi, who has stolen thousands of crores of rupees in the Punjab National Bank. The CBI said in its letter that Moholak Choski was involved in a scam of around Rs 7,000 crore. The CBI also included six letters of Rs 512 crore in its charge sheet. Chargesheet was made under section 409 and 420 of IPC. The CBI says Choski most wanted in this charge sheet. After examining 50 evidence, the CBI came to this conclusion. In his report, 12 transactions were also made by Choski. She also filed a charge sheet on Geetanjali jems Limited, Gilly India Limited and Star Brand Limited.
