There is no possibility of impose the stay on their orders for SC / ST Act: Supreme Court of India.  The Supreme Court today ruled that there is no possibility of staying their orders on SC / ST Act. The Supreme Court has refused to stay on the judgment of the Supreme Court on March 20, granting immediate arrest and interim jail to the victims under the SC / ST Act. The Supreme Court today sought an immediate inquiry into the review petition filed by the Center seeking revision of the Supreme Court directive for changes in the SC and STA Atracity Act. On this occasion the court responded that it was their intention not to punish the innocent, not against the SC and the law. Those who are coming to the roads and are concerned do not read their verdicts.

All parties have asked their views on the matter within two days. Ten days later, the inquiry will be reversed. The Supreme Court has made significant changes in the CS and ST. Act. Government officials are unnecessarily forced to make this law, and the Authority appointing the respective officer has not been arrested without the approval of the Authority. The court also ordered the preliminary inquiry before the FIR was registered and whether it was a case for SC / ST Act. However, Dalit groups protested that it was a weakening act.
