THE ACB OFFICERS DID SEARCHES IN JUDGE'S HOUSE

Hyderabad, April 13, (way2newstv.in):
ACB officials searched the residence of one of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court Judge S Radhakrishna Murthy in Hyderabad. A Drugs case to pay bail to the accused ACB searches have been reported from midnight on Thursday for an alleged bribe of Rs 7.5 lakhs. Judge Radhakrishna Murthy is conducting searches at home with high court orders following allegations of corruption in a bail case. Radhakrishna Murthy's house and two other lawyers' houses were also searched. As the victim filed a petition in the High Court, the High Court ruled that it was a serious crime. He was immediately ordered to be registered and prosecuted.
