Hyderabad,February 21,(way2newstv.in):
India is also running with technology in the developing world. At present, our country is estimated to have 48.1 crore Internet users by December 2017 with 11.34% growth compared with December 2016. Similarly, by June 2018,  IAMAI estimates that internet users will grow to 50 crore people. The Internet Association of India and IMRB have created a report on internet usage in the country as 'Internet in India 2017'. About 35% of Internet users are using the Internet as of December, 2017. There are 29.5 crore Internet users with 9.66% increase over the year compared to December, 2016. On the other hand, internet users were 18.6 crore in December, 2017 with 14.11% growth in rural areas compared to December 2016. While the number of Internet users in the rural areas has improved, overall the number of Internet users in rural areas is very low. Internet penetration in the whole urban area was 64.8% as of December 2010, only 60.6% in December 2016. With the same rural areas coming up from 18% in December 2016 to 20.26% in December.

INTERNET USERS REACHES 50 CRORES

Deeply analyzing the issue of internet penetration, the difference between rural and urban areas is obvious. The number of Internet users who have frequently used 28.1 crores, of which 62% is 18.29 crore urban. In the same rural areas, the Internet uses only 9.80 crore every day. That means that governments need to focus on rural areas in future. The use of Internet in urban areas has been the source of the developed countries. Nearly 45.5 crore people live in urban and urban areas and 29.5 crore Internet users. Only 91.6 crore people live in the same rural areas and only 18.6 crore Internet users. That is, 73.2 million people in the rural areas need to reach the Internet.
