Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that there were
opportunities for EVMs in the election and the party lines should be
treated with full alert. The TDP Coordination Committee meeting was held
at the Praja darbar Hall in Amravati on Tuesday.
Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnan asked the Chief Minister to be
alert to the EVMs and to alert the party cadre. Chandrababu responded by
saying that it is easy to misuse any electronic item. He said there was
a lot of opportunities for EVM abuse. We advised the leaders to think
seriously about the problem of solving. Minister Naresh Kumar spoke on
the booth committees in this meeting. 55 percent booth committees have
already been finalized and the rest of the district administration
should be finalized. Lokesh has suggested that the Voter list of
district leaders should be fully secured as booths.
