Last year the online system was introduced for admission in degree colleges in Telangana state. Some Degree Colleges Owners approached the court claiming that the government's fees at that time were not enough for them. The latest findings showed that they have applied for fee reimbursement after the enrollment of students. After learning about this, they do not have any recognition for their activities.

The court's orders for non-recognized colleges are becoming an obstacle, and colleges are avoiding their involvement in fee reimbursement. The owners argue that they have no connection with the applicants. In this order, the government has dropped out of action to take any action against the college. As many as 42 colleges have seen government funding in audit revealed. Officials have already been consulted with lawyers to tell them to take action against these owners.
