Chief Minister KCR has been greeted by Mahashivratri for the people of Telangana state. The people of Telangana are praying for the blessings of God to live with pleasure. The Chief Minister has ordered the authorities to make special arrangements in the Shiva temples as the devotees are more likely to be crowded during Mahashivratri.
