An estimated Rs.11.35 crore is expected to be spent on this tribal welfare project to provide better electricity. Each branch of the project is Rs. 8.5 crore worth 12.14 million (million units) of electricity. The Central Government welcomed the Energy Star Building Program in cooperation with the Andhra Pradesh State Energy Efficiency Corporation Limited. CS Dinesh Kumar said an action plan was finalized for bringing all government buildings under this project. "Powerful utilization of power is highly profitable for government agencies. Electric bills will save more than 30 percent.

"Several other government departments will be concerned about the number of electricity bills to be disconnected to over Rs 3,000 crore," CS said. How can we feel that we can discourage high-quality power if we have such large amounts of money? " Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said during a meeting of district collectors that all the branches of the government had ordered their electricity bills to be disconnected as quickly as possible. All branches should set up Energy Conservation Cells and appoint a Nodal Officer to coordinate APSEEDCO and Energy Department to implement the Energy Efficiency Scheme in their scope without any financial cost. Electricity is the main objective of the government to be the most efficient state in all sectors of government and the private sector. ESSL and Sourabh Kumar expressed happiness over such an ambitious agreement between the ESL and the Central Government. In the first phase, about 1,500 electric vehicles in the cities of Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, and Tirupati are being given priority. These vehicles are ready to be released and will soon be introduced in those cities
