Srikakulam, December 1, (way2newstv.in):In this year's rice crop in Srikakulam district, there is an unprecedented development in the harvesting crop. In the village before the storm of Rajam in Srikakulam district, harvesting was done in a village and 18.250 kg yields. This means that the yield of 36.50 bags per acre is calculated. After the storm, another plant in the same zone was conducted by the harvesting experiment and only 3 kg yield. That is just six bags of land per acre. The crop yield conducted in the mandap zone with effect of hurricanes has come down to 2.050 kg. That is, an average of 4 bags yield per acre. With the influence of hurricanes, all of the crops have been completely destroyed. The yields have fallen substantially. The authorities are shocked by the facts revealed in the harvesting experiments. In Srikakulam district this year 4,130 crop was to be experimented and over 1200 experiments were completed. While 1,478 harnesses were planned in the Tekkali division, 135 experiments were completed. The yields have fallen significantly compared to last year. In the last year, 44 bags, 40 bags and 37 bags have attracted everyone's attention, but this year the yields are less than 10 bags. Officials have said that the situation in all zones in the district is the same. The farmers have suffered first mosquitoes in ghee. Compared to the previous year, yields of 20 to 30 percent were recorded in the harvesting experiments prior to the storm. Average yields from 13 kg to 14 kg were harvested. There are yields from 26 to 28 bags per acre. Farmers have expressed concern that the yields from 37 to 44 bags this year have been falling this year. The latest conditions pushed further into chaos.
