Raja, Kanimozhi Acquitted in 2G scam case...

New Delhi, December 21 (way2newstv.in):Rs. The Patiala House Court on Thursday issued a sensational verdict in the Rs 1.76 lakh crore 2G scam case. In the scam, former Union Minister A Raja and DMK MP Kanimozhi were relieved. The CBI special court, hearing the case, pronounced them both guilty and acquitted. Besides, the accused have also been convicted by the accused in the same case. The court said there was no sufficient evidence to prove the accused guilty. The prosecution failed to prove the guilt. Former Telecom Secretary Siddharth Behura and Raja's former private secretary RK Jayalalitha were also charged with 14 chargesheets. The case has been prosecuted since 2011. This is one of the biggest scams in our country. The scam is Rs. CAG also said in its report that 1.76 trillion rupees were damaged. The CBI has registered cases in the case of EDI in connection with the scam.
In the original case, the case was also awarded a Rs 200 crore bribe to the DMK-owned Kalaignar TV and TP Group firms in return for the 2G spectrum allocation to Swan Telecom. These cases are being investigated by CBI Special CBI Judge OP Saini in Delhi. Reliance Telecom, Swan Telecom and Unitech Wireless firms also face trial. The result of the 2G spectrum scandal of ten years ago was the result of the UPA government's defeat in the recent parliamentary elections. The ten-year-old scandal and the six-year-old case was pronounced on Thursday. The DMK leaders and party lines have sung before the court of Justice Patiala House. The court will challenge the court judgment of the Patiala House Court in the High Court.
