Nellore, May 2, (way2newstv.in):
The grading system is now coming into the panchayats. Grading in the form of a star to determine how well the villages have developed. Grading will be funded by central and state governments. Star rating is given based on the development of 11 items in the respective Gram Panchayats to enhance the healthy competitiveness of the village panchayats. The government will respect the appropriate 11 rural communities as the ideal panchayats. Steps have been taken to complete all gram panchayats as ideal villages by October 2, 2019, as part of the mission end of the program. Many have suggested that the 14th Finance Commission released to the Village Panchayats cannot be improved in the 11 areas. There have been allegations that funding of the panchayat funds in the past has been misused by the government for misappropriation of the panchayat fees with the help of sarpanches. Many are saying that if the government allocates funds allocated for the development of rural areas, it would be an ideal village if the expenditure on rural expenditure is not the same. The rating policy is based on the development and future action taken in the villages.
