As a security guard was cleaning his gun at Begumpetta, it was missed. Two security guards, Srinivas and Maheshwara Rao, were injured in the incident.

The incident took place at the Security Services office at Gurumurthy Road in Begumpeta. On Saturday morning, former Army officer Suresh Kumar was cleaning his gun and became a misfire. Currently Suresh Kumar functions in Grace Security Services. He was cleaning the gun at duty at OTM at Begumpet. At the same time, two other colleagues arrived there. While cleaning the gun, it became a missile fire. Maheshwara Rao and Srinivas were injured. Immediately they are transferred to the hospital and provide treatment.

As soon as the information was received, the Begumpet police reached there and seized the bullet. Suresh was arrested. Both the injuries are not serious, police said.
