IT EXPORTS HAVE GROWN IN TELANGANA

The Telangana IT sector is staring at the gap. Record IT exports in the current financial year will touch Rs 97,000 crore. In the three years since the formation of Telangana, the value of IT exports increased by Rs 30,000 crore in three years. Bangalore is the number one place in the IT sector, followed by Maharashtra in second and Telangana (Hyderabad). In 2014-15, the IT sector recorded a growth of 11.77 percent to Rs 64,000 crore. In the year 2015-16, the bank has registered a growth of 17.29% at Rs 7,507 crore. 


IT EXPORTS HAVE GROWN IN TELANGANA

In the year 2016-17, the company had registered a growth of 13.85% at Rs 85,470 crore, according to IT department sources. With the growth of 14% this year, IT exports are likely to touch around Rs 97,000 crore. Currently, 4.5 lakh employees are working in the IT sector of Hyderabad. About 10 lakh people are getting indirect employment because of this sector. From July to December last year, IT spacecraft rallying in the realty sector. Around 3,34 million square feet of new IT industries are available. IT companies are also in Warangal, Karimnagar, and Nizamabad. CVD Ramprasad, Director of Software Technology Park of India, said it is a pleasure to expand IT companies to second-tier towns in the state. Exports are likely to increase to Rs 1.20 lakh crore by 2020. Similarly, the new government has been able to provide employment to more than four lakh people in addition to an additional ten million people.
