People who get land from APICIC do not have to pay any fees. He said that the amendments would be a major reduction in land transfers across the state. Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam will have a 5 percent fee in the existing 2 percent. The remaining fees will be reduced to 3 percent in the rest of the state. The decision taken by the government will raise the infrastructure and infrastructure development of the state across the state. After the division of the state, there are no infrastructure, medical, and industrial infrastructure in Andhra Pradesh.
The government has been bringing in the doing business of the state with the help of the state government. Changes in the law will be used to speed up permits for setting up industries along with reducing land transfers.
