Soon AP High Court: Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad

New Delhi, December 28, (way2newstv.in):Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasada announced on Thursday in the Lok Sabha on the HC A clear date can not be declared on the High Court division. It will be temporary, but it will take time to change forever. We can not make a decision on appointment of judges answering TRS MP Jitender Reddy, who is facing the appointment of judges till the High Court division takes place. Coliseum has made it clear. The High Court should take some time to build a new building, so AP and Telangana should be respected. The existing High Court belongs to Telangana. The new High Court will have to set up AP. We are committed to establish a High Court in AP. AP CM Chandrababu will be allotted for the high court, Ravi Shankar Prasad said. The Supreme Court is considering the matter of dividing the High Court. At this stage, the Telugu Desam MPs were stunned by the debate in the Lok Sabha.
