MINISTER INDRAKARAN REDDY REVIEW ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ADVOCACY WELFARE SCHEMES

Telangana Advocates Welfare Trust has decided to launch various schemes for the welfare of state attorneys on June 2. The decision was taken at a meeting held in the secretariat chaired by law minister Alolas Indrakaran Reddy. Justice Vinod Kumar, Justice Secretary Niranjan Rao, Chief Secretary of Finance Ramakrishna Rao, Additional Secretary, Justice Secretary, External Secretary Ramanjaneya, High Court senior lawyers Gundra Mohan Rao, Rajendra Reddy, Sona Reddy, Manik Prabhu Goud, Venkat Yadav, Vidyasagar Rao, Mahamad Ali, the trust of the members of the Advisory Council, palgonnaru other lawyers. Minister for Health, Indrakaran Reddy said, "Health insurance, health insurance, and insurance for the bar associations are discussed at the meeting. 
Three key schemes will be launched on June 2, Minister Indrakaran Reddy said. On the same day, some lawyers will issue health cards. Minister of State for Finance K. Chandrasekhar Rao has allocated Rs 100 crores to their welfare fund identified by the services of advocates who played a key role in the special state practice.

The Health Insurance Scheme is applicable to the lawyer and Rs.2 lakhs for his spouse. Under the Accident Insurance Scheme for families of deceased attorneys, Rs 10 lakhs financial assistance. Provision of financial assistance from Rs 5 lakhs to Rs 50,000 depending on the number of attorneys for the library, library and other operating expenses for improved accommodation for bar associations in respective districts. In collaboration with the Nalsar University, the junior lawyers were convened to convene the Criminal, Civil Procedure Code and Drafting Training Courses. The trust members and advocates requested that the health insurance scheme be applied to their minor children as well as his / her spouse's life partner. Prior to that, the trust decided to spend Rs. 23 crores for the benefit of Rs 100 crores provided by the government.
