The CID police were present at the Eluru District Court, where Agigold Vice Chairman Avva Seetharama Rao was present on Thursday. The District Court has been remanded till 6th of the month. He later moved to Eluru sub-jail. The AP CID police were detained in Gurukram in Delhi. Agrigold Director, Vice Chairman Sita Rama Rao acted. There are allegations that the 2011 scheme has been withdrawn from the board. Since the case has been registered, he has escaped. Even after being tried for failing bail in the High Court, the police arrested Eluru on the charge of arrest. Agrigold victims association alleges that Seetharama Rao is preventing Agrigold assets from purchasing the SL Group.
