The court ruled that all members of the legislature would abolish the membership of the cancellation and renew their membership. Unable to execute this judgment comes down to the courthouse. The High Court had ordered the immediate implementation of the judgment, until the government approached the higher court. The judiciary has the power to review all legislative acts. The state government does not have the power to abolish the judgment of the courts. This power is only for the parliamentary system. He said the KCR government would make decisions in the constitution. Jeevan Reddy warned that if the High Court did not execute judgment, the Telangana Legislature Secretary and Telangana Chief Secretary could go to jail.
