The Telangana government will provide the necessary cooperation to ensure state legislative elections in the State of Karnataka on May 12, the state general secretary, Dr. S.K Joshi said. Chief Secretary Joshi spoke in the video conference held by the general secretary of the state general secretaries, DGP and Excise officials on the Karnataka election in the Secretariat on Thursday. The Karnataka state general secretary told that 800 police personnel from Telangana state for the Karnataka election and the check posts in the border districts will be strengthened. The Department of Administrative Officers has ordered the issuance of suggestions for collectors and SPs of border districts regarding peaceful elections.
