Telangana is getting closer to the election of local bodies. According to the new law, the Election Commission has announced that panchayats will be ready by the list of voters. From 30 April onwards, draft voters list will be displayed onwards in Gram Panchayats and Mandal Parishat. Meetings will be held with representatives of political parties in the presence of the district election officer from May one date. Meeting with representatives of political parties at the level of MPD in the presence of the MP from May 3. From May 1 to 8, Wards and Village Draft Voters list will be accepted.

They will settle their complaints within the May 10th. The final list will be announced on May 17th. The new panchayats will be in the form of Wards and voter-wise. Schedule for preparation of lists for this extent. Overall, on May 17, the final list of voters will be announced. These are likely to be held in July. The number of wards based on population per panchayat has already been set in law. Voters are divided equally according to this number. All the voters in a family are made to be in the same ward. Voter list is made by polling centers. Panchayat-wise voter list is modified by tee-poll software.
