The India team has dropped out of the T20 Women's cup. The women's team have dropped out of the triangular T20 series with hat-trick. Australia-India is heading to the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai on Monday as part of the Paytm Cup. The home team lost to 36 runs for the loss of 187 runs. The team won the toss and the Australians were batting. Australia were bowled out for 186 in their five overs at the end of 20 overs.

The 187-run target in the tournament, Opener Smriti Mendhana (3) and Maithali Raj lost the wickets in the second over for the Australian bowler Megan Sk Bat. After that, Deepti Sharma hammered the wicket. He was the first Indian hat-trick in the T20 with an Australian bowler (the seventh bowler overall). In the 20th over, the team lost 150 runs for 5 wickets and lost by 36 runs. Anja Patil scored 38 runs and Pooja 19 runs. The tri series went to the final berth with three consecutive losses. While England will play another naming match against England and Australia will be in the final for the Cup.
