GANDHIJI MURDER.. INQUIRY IS NOT REQUIRED AGAIN

Gandhiji murder..Inquiry is not required again. The Supreme Court has ruled that there is no need for any re-examination of the Mahatma Gandhi murder case and the need to review the verdict. The bench clarified on Wednesday that the petition filed by Pankaj Fadnis of Mumbai. "Everything happened. But you are trying to evoke new suspicions amongst people. The accused were identified and executed in the case. There is no need to take any action again about this case. Justice SB Bobde and Justice El Nageswara Rao had made vital remarks to the petitioner. Judges complained that such sentiments and emotions should be legitimate and legal.

The co-founder of Abhinav Bharat of Mumbai, Pankaj Phadnis, has filed a petition to find out the truth about the fourth bullet case, which has a foreign conspiracy. According to the Kapoor Commission-1969 report, many have made abusive, lying comments on Vinayaka Damodar Savarkar. This is why the Maratha community has been blamed. The petition therefore said that the case should be remedied to remove such allegations. Senior advocate Amarendra Saran, who was acting in the assassination of Gandhiji, was seriously contemptuous of all matters related to the case and sentenced to death by the accused, a report in the Supreme Court in January said.
