The GHMC Commissioner Dr.B.Janarthan Reddy appealed to the city residents to pay the property tax immediately as there was no exemption for the asset tax dues in the current financial year. Up to Rs. 1,080 crore property taxes have been collected. The property tax will be paid in the nearby city service centers, your service, e-service centers and select banks. Debit card, credit card, online tax payers are also exempt from transaction charges. The checkpoints for asset levied payments are bouncing, but the action will be taken. The tendering process has been completed for about 80 per cent of the work in the city.

Half of the double bedroom houses under GHMC in Hyderabad city will be completed by 50 per cent of the building this year and 100 per cent will be completed in next month. Compared to major cities in Greater Hyderabad, the Commissioner said there was considerable progress in real estate sector in Hyderabad city. There are a lot of problems coming up in the city's private spaces, causing a special drive in April. Many GHMCs complain about dumping in the empty space as they become dirty and rubbish dump yards by placing a large amount of garbage in empty space in the city and making mosquito production. These empty spaces belongs to private individuals, but the owners of the place should identify with neighbors. Dr.B.Janarthan Reddy said that the counciling of the neighbors would not be taken away from the garbage, as it did not recover any of the hoardings in the empty spaces of the houses, The javan or the SFA or other worker in the vacant places will be appointed as incharge and will be prevented from trashing anyone. Similarly, garbage in empty spaces has been identified by people who are facing more problems and will be appointed as brand Ambassador. The commissioner is reported to be talking to the owners of the relevant places to set up parking space if these areas are suitable for parking.
