The Environment and Forests Minister of Environment and Forests Dr. D. The Supreme Court has ruled that the people living on the Kolleti lake have been requested to help the Union Minister to lose their livelihood. The deputy minister said that those who continue to live on the property are not paying any compensation to the government and that the landholders are not paying compensation. Based on the Kolkille lake, about 20,000 acres of land covering 133 societies are based on poor people. Minister Srinivas said that the livelihood or already many families have moved to the attention of the Union Minister to migrate to other areas.
Besides, 14,000 acres of Jurassic farmers are also aware of the need to provide alternative livelihood for all of them, he said. He said the Union Minister has been asked to provide livelihood opportunities for the Kolleti community to support the boundaries of the Krishna and West Godavari districts of Kolleti lake which are covered by the threat of environment and collet lake irrigation. State Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has already taken a special consideration on the issue and made a resolution in the Assembly and said Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the then forest and environment ministers Prakash Javdekar and Anil Dave. The report also redefined the report of the Union Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that the department has been handed over to senior officials. The current Vice-President, who is also the Union Minister of the day, has also taken the attention of Venkiah Naidu.
